Head of Sales


About the role

As Head of Sales, you will be tasked with building not only demand, but also help to develop the entire strategy to ensure continuous growth of the organisation, The core responsibility is to build & sustain the Admatik business for the Malaysia. This entails penetration across direct client partnerships, agency relations & building thought leadership. We’re looking for seasoned brand sales enthusiasts with an entrepreneurial mindset to replicate & scale.

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Implement and manage the strategic sales plan of each client on the needs and opportunities identified.
    • Develop prospective clients and increase business opportunities throughout Malaysia.
    • Work to build an active sales pipeline for large Agency/Trading Desk deals and also for Brand IO business & ensure quarterly goals are achieved.
    • Identify and develop new sources of revenue for Admatik.
    • Provide consultations and directing the execution sales plan for brand strategies across multiple products of Admatik Portfolio to reach clients’ targets and goals.
    • Presentation and proposal with recommended the best digital solutions to clients.
    • Build and lead the sales team to work closely on their sales plan and activities.
    • Deliver and achieve company sales targets and follow up action if deviations from the budget.
    • Interact with the Internal team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successfully of campaign management.
    • Track, measure and analyse the Post campaign feedback for internal team to improvement.
    • Strengthen and expand the relationships with existing and new clients.
    • Strive to consistently enhance the company competitive position in the market.

  • REQUIREMENTS

    • Experienced and proven track record in generating revenue – pitching, securing, and developing relationships with clients.
    • Strong Business Contacts in the industry at multiple levels with both agency and clients.
    • You have existing local relationships with media agencies / direct clients
    • You have existing local relationships with media agencies / direct clients
    • You're a self-starter and strong ability to work independently and love to be a trailblazer.
    • Thorough understanding on Video, Richmedia and data oriented campaigns.
    • Sales focused mindset with proven ability to response fast to client
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Excellent in negotiation and closing deals skills.
    • Ability to build rapport, energize and influence people.
    • Enthusiastic, energetic and excellence in execution
    • Highly dynamic, creativity and results-driven with excellent sales and people skills
    • Able to interact with all levels of people.
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Marketing, Marketing, Advertising, Media, Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent.
    • At least 5 years- 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Required skill(s): Presentation Skills, Microsoft Office
    • A strong background on the Digital ecosystem.
    • An effective interpersonal skills & positive attitude.
    • Strong writing & problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent organizational & time management skills

Sales Manager


  • Key Responsibilities

    • Identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive incremental revenue growth within existing / New client accounts.

    • Prepare the proposal and presentation to client and follow up closing the deals.
    • Liaising with clients and Internal team (Supply & Delivery) effectively to execute successful of campaigns.
    • Managing and servicing client on-going projects and new projects
    • Consistently meet and update the management on sales activity and revenue.
    • Monitor effectiveness of the campaigns and make recommendations of improvements.
    • Maintain good relationships with key accounts in existing and new accounts.
    • Achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets according to Sales plan
    • Ability to prioritise and well organise work.

  • REQUIREMENTS

    • Thorough understanding on Video, Richmedia and data oriented campaigns.
    • Good Agency / Client Contacts and have constantly managed relations across multiple levels.
    • Well organized, professional, high energy and details-oriented
    • Highly dynamic, creativity and results-driven with excellent sales and people skills
    • Ability to make decisions and solve problems, while collaborating with teammates, utilizing all available resources
    • Strong oral, problem solving, communications, writing, negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Confident, flexible, multi-tasking, and able to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Passionate about digital and online advertising

    • Able to work independently and teamwork.

  • QUALIFICATIONS

    • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor, Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art / Design / Creative Multimedia, Advertising / Media, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
    • Required skill(s): Presentation Skills, Microsoft Office
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
    • Preferably 2-3 years of working sales experience in advertising/creative/digital agency environment
